Resources
Every success has its roots in focused mind which then drives action. The focused mind creates clarity and calm even though you might be spending a lot of energy. Regular meditation practice helps to tackle distractions better, have more energy and to organise your life better. To sum up:
Focus – energy – action
- Do you wish to enjoy life and work more?
- Are you tired of distractions?
- Do you want to be more effective in your actions?
Of course having an access to a teacher, to enrol on a mindfulness and meditation course is the quickest route to learn. However it’s most helpful to use other resources as well.
